How to get new recipes in Palia? ›

Before the Player can begin cooking in a kitchen, they will need to know recipes for cooking. Recipes can be bought from Reth at his Guild Store, found throughout Kilima and Bahari, or even rewarded from some Quests. A list of all the cooking recipes can be found here.

Recipe Scrap #1: Found northwest of the Statue Garden, in front of the small campsite on the right. You can find its location in the first two images above. Recipe Scrap #2: For the second scrap, you'll just want to head southeast from the last spot to a small island in the middle of the river.

To unlock the Cooking , speak to Reth during the "Welcome to Palia" quest; he'll teach you how to craft the Campfire and how to cook after you ask him about it. At first, you can only cook Grilled Mushrooms at the Campfire. Once you cook a few mushrooms, Reth will send you a letter with some more recipes.

How To Find The Sushi Recipe. The Sushi recipe location is pretty specific: it can only be found when fishing in ponds with Glow Worms. Ponds in Palia count as small bodies of fishable water with no connections to any other water. Fishing in another location such as a river or the sea will not produce the Sushi recipe.

The most valuable recipe in Palia is the Muujin Bahari. Luckily for players, this is given as part of a main storyline quest.

The recipe can be found Fishing in Bahari Bay rivers. No bait is required. The recipe can be found while Fishing in any pond using a Glow Worm. Star quality dishes sell for 1.5x their base price and yield 1.5x their base Focus Points.

Corn, grilled meat, and pickled onions are easy and quick food options to recharge Focus in Palia. Hearty Vegetable Soup, Loaded Potato Soup, and Celebration Cake provide higher amounts of Focus but require more ingredients and advanced workstations.
